A condition for receiving from the Craft is that you have placed an order and that it has been paid for before collection.

After receiving it from you, we bear no responsibility for any damages or damages that may occur.

Your collection takes place at your location and you are responsible for checking the products you receive. You must, in the presence of the carrier’s employee, unpack and check the integrity and condition of your products. If you find damaged product packaging, you should NOT accept, but REFUSE to receive the product.
